How to Book
Concession tickets are available to purchase online or via the Box Office at ASB Waterfront Theatre. You can book anytime and secure your seats in advance—just follow these simple steps:
Booking Online
- Select your show – Choose the performance you’d like to attend.
- Choose your tickets – Select up to two Concession tickets per production.
- Pick your seats – Select from dark blue (A Reserve) or light blue (B Reserve) seats on the seating map.
Collecting Your Tickets
Your tickets will be available for Box Office collection from 1 hour before the show.
Please bring:
✅ Valid ID
✅ Proof of arts industry affiliation (such as agency or company listing, organisation membership card, linkedin, or email signature)
Who Qualifies for Arts Industry Tickets?
Arts Industry Tickets are available to employees, freelancers and contractors of recognised entertainment organisations. This applies to professionals working across the arts and cultural sector, including:
- Performing arts practitioners (actors, directors, writers, stage managers, dancers, choreographers, musicians, etc.)
- Arts administrators, producers, and curators
- Arts venues and theatre staff
- Museum, gallery, and cultural heritage professionals
- Production crews including construction, sound and lighting techs.
- Members of industry organisations such as Equity NZ, PANNZ, Playmarket, Toi Māori Aotearoa, Museums Aotearoa, and others

Key Booking Information
- $30 per ticket to Auckland Theatre Company productions.
- Maximum of 2 tickets per production per person.
- Available in A and B Reserve seating (excludes Premium)
- Not valid for Opening Night or Pay What You Wish performances.
- Subject to availability – tickets may be limited, so book early.
- Tickets are non refundable, transferable or exchangeable to other dates and performances. Unless due to performance cancellation.
